We saw this guy just hangin out on this car. I'm guessing he may have been injured or else he would've flown away. I don't know why that did not occur to me at the time. He was standing on one leg until I got out of my car...then he put his other leg down and squawked a few times at me. In my mind he was saying " oh no you didn't!" We decided his name was Oscar....if it even is a he.
